How to Clear Yourself

1. Begin by taking a moment to ground yourself.

2. Ask your Higher Self if you are being interfered with.

If the answer is yes, use the clearing instructions you have learned, or ask someone to help clear you.

3. Ask your Higher Self if you have any:

- Biases

- Spells

- Camouflaged spells

- Cords or devices and attachments

If you get a yes for any of the above, clear yourself or ask someone to clear you.

4. Ask your Higher Self if you are connected to your guardian angel.

If the answer is no, you are not connected to your guardian angel use the clearing instructions you have learned or ask someone to help clear you.

5. Ask your guardian angel if your channel has been hijacked.

If your channel has been hi-jacked, go through your clearing instructions or ask someone to help clear you.

6. Ask your guardian angel if you are clear.

If you are not clear, again use your clearing instructions or seek help from someone who can clear you.
